Quotations

Quotations provided by Sandford Lodge will remain valid for a period of 28 days from the date stated. At its discretion, Sandford Lodge Co Ltd reserve the right to amend such details as necessary prior to acceptance by our customers. Where planning approval must be sought, quotations will remain valid for a period of 28 days from such permission being granted.

Delivery

Where possible all buildings should be available for erection within eight weeks of order.

Payment

Our standard terms of payment are 50% deposit with order, 25% payable upon delivery, with the remaining balance of 25% to be paid promptly upon completion.

Guarantee / Workmanship

Windows and Doors are guaranteed for a period of one year from installation.

All buildings are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, against defects in workmanship or materials. Thereafter, all buildings carry a further nine year guarantee on the structural timber, subject to normal usage, all maintenance work to be carried out in accordance with Sandford Lodge instructions, and the building to be sited in a location and on a foundation approved by Sandford Lodge Co ltd.
