Planning Permission In most cases, planning permission for construction in your garden is not required where Sandford Lodge buildings do not exceed more than half the available building space, are sited in excess of 5 meters from any existing dwelling and are no more than 4 meters high with a ridged roof, subject to the provisions of the Permitted Development Act.
