Alternative heating methods are available, subject to quotation upon request.

Planning Permission

In most cases, planning permission for construction in your garden is not required where Sandford Lodge buildings do not exceed more than half the available building space, are sited in excess of 5 meters from any existing dwelling and are no more than 4 meters high with a ridged roof, subject to the provisions of the Permitted Development Act. For uses other than Domestic Ancillary purposes, we would advise customers to contact their local Planning Authority to clarify their individual situation.

Civil Works

For the supply and connection of electric cables, water pipes and foul services. Survey required.

Alarm System

To be installed by NACOSS approved installer following erection of Sandford Lodge.
